Gladstone Florist Shop offers a unique flower shopping experience to customers both in town and all over Australia and as such we have created this terms and conditions page so that we both know where we stand.

We offer a same day flower delivery service from Monday to Saturday every week in a year and on one Sunday of the year and that is Mother's Day which happens to fall on the second Sunday second of every May. To guarantee your same day flower delivery you must order your flowers before 2 p.m. from Monday to Friday and before 10 a.m. every Saturday. What is that I take it online after 2 p.m. Monday to Friday will be delivered the next day as early as possible. Flower orders 34 after 10 a.m. on Saturday will be delivered as early as possible on the following Monday. All flowers ordered with us will incur a $12 delivery fee, if your flower order falls out of our regular delivery zone you may be required to pay extra delivery charges, if that is the case we will contact you to discuss the charge.

We do not guarantee delivery times so if you order flowers with us they may be delivered from anytime up until 5 p.m. if they're going to a business or 7 p.m. so I going to a home address. That said most of our flower orders that delivered before this time. During peak times like Valentine's Day or Mother's Day or is may be delivered outside of these usual times do you to sheer order volume.

As we sell alcohol now website you must be over 18 to order, if you order flowers and alcohol as a gift you may be required to show identification when the flowers and gifts delivered. If you are under 18 you must order in the presence of an adult.

We do not deliver flowers to any PO boxes or any locked bags however we do send flowers to the few post offices in town but they must be going to someone who works there.

When you order flowers through Mackay Florist Shop you must provide us with all the correct details. It's strongly advised that before ordering flowers you have all the information you need for the flower order before you begin. You will need information like the address of the person you are sending flowers to, their full name, their mobile phone number, you will also need to provide us with your full name, your mobile number, and your email address.

When you place an order to us you are given the opportunity to confirm your order. Around about 15 minutes after you place your order our system will send you an email that will confirm all the details on your order, if you don't receive this within that time please check your spam filter. When should receive the order confirmation email and confirmed that everything is right, you are good to go, however if there is an error you must call us within around about 25 minutes of receiving the confirmation email so that we can get it the flower order for you. Failing to call us within that time frame may mean that your order is incorrect.

If you have an issue regarding the quality of a flower order you must send us two photographs of the flowers within 24 hours of the delivery date. Once we receive the pictures of the flowers will investigate the issue for you, failing to receive the photographs of the flowers Within 24 hours will mean that we cannot do anything about the quality issue.

If you are ordering flowers online you are required to pay fees on your purchase, the fees are displayed at the bottom of the checkout page.
